  • While using insurance can make therapy more affordable and accessible for many people, it can also come with limitations. Insurance companies may influence treatment plans, session frequency, or require a diagnosis early in the process. By offering private pay options, I’m able to provide more flexibility and tailor treatment to your individual needs without the constraints of insurance guidelines. I am currently in network with Aetna for those who choose to use their insurance benefits.

  • $210 - Initial Diagnostic Session

    $140 - 50 minute session

    $210 - 75 minute session

    Payment is due at the time of service. I accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash, check, and health savings accounts.

  • I primarily work with individuals ages 12 and older!

  • Sessions are conducted virtually via secure video platforms. This allows us to meet from the comfort and privacy of your own space, making therapy more convenient and accessible.

    For folks living in the Charlotte area, there may be opportunities to meet in-person. This may mean meeting wherever your anxiety lives (home, malls, coffee shops, etc.) or simply going for a walk in a local park.

  • I require a 24 hours notice (1 business day) for cancellations. Clients who cancel within 24 hours or no show will be charged the full session fee. This policy ensures that time is reserved for you and allows others the opportunity to schedule.
