Panic Attacks Workbook by David Carbonell – Walks you step-by-step through how to work through panic in a clear and approachable way.
DARE by Barry McDonagh – Nicely outlined in simple steps for how to face anxiety with courage instead of fear.
The Happiness Trap by Russ Harris – Less panic-focused specifically, but provides powerful tools for dealing with any type of anxiety, especially learning how to turn toward your values and away from rumination.
